A stochastic model for AIDS transmission is presented in this paper. The disease contact rate is assumed as a stochastic process instead of a constant because of noise disturbance. A kind of model for AIDS transmission with stochastic disease contact rate between individuals is formulated. And the existence and uniqueness of its solution for the model is proved by making corresponding Lyapunov function and using It (o) formula.
