目的 根据1例拟诊慢性炎症性脱髓鞘性多发性神经病(CIDP)患者的临床、电生理表现以及临床转归,结合文献,探讨CIDP患者的电生理特点与临床转归、预后的相关性.方法 详细收集1例激素治疗后临床症状快速好转的拟诊CIDP患者的临床资料、实验室检查、神经电生理检查、治疗方案等,随访22个月.检索相关文献,结合神经电生理特点,分析其临床转归及预后的可能机制.
