This paper describes the application of double armored multi-point thermocouple and the introduction of the remote data acquisition control system to monitor the distribution of blast furnace furnace lining temperature to provide furnace lining burnout and extend furnace life. The system is easy to install and maintain, anti-interference ability, CRT showed a total of 13 screens and 160 points of temperature data, and print statements.
