活性粉末混凝土损伤后的抗硫酸盐侵蚀研究

  本文通过对钢纤维体积含量为0%和2%的两种活性粉末混凝土试件分别加载至峰值荷载的0、60%、70%和80%的压力值来模拟不同程度的损伤,得到了试件在不同程度损伤后加载度与基频振动频率之间的关系曲线,然后采用干湿循环法对试件的抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力进行了研究.研究表明:50次硫酸钠溶液干湿循环作用下,两种试件的基振频率均随损伤程的提高一直呈增长趋势,未掺钢纤维试件的增幅较大,最大增幅达6.3%.钢纤维掺量2%试件的质量变化随损伤程度的提高呈现增加的规律,最大增幅为0.3%.在50次循环内,两种试件在不同损伤程度下的抗折强度均呈现出先下降后上升的变化规律.掺入钢纤维提高了活性粉末混凝土的抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力.
