A high effective regeneration protocol is necessary for obtaining transgenic tomato.As cytokinin,6-benzyl adenine (6-BA) and zeatin (ZT) are respectively used in regeneration of tomato explants diffusely.ZT is more effective for many cultivars but more expensive.How will be the effect of combination of 6-BA and ZT is unknown.Whether co-cultivated with Agrobacterium will influence the hormone composition in regeneration system is another question.
