　　Objective To purify the recombinant Community-acquired respiratory distress syndrome toxin (rCARDS TX) in vitro, and generate its polyclonal rabbit antibody.In order to understand the biological property of CARDS TX and its role in Mycoplasma pneumoniae pathogenesis, we investigated the distribution of rCARDS TX in human lung carcinoma A549 cells and measured the DNA damage induced by rCARDS TX.
