Background:The zinc finger protein A20(also known as TNFAIP3) is a cytoplasmic protein and mediates the regulation of ubiquitin-dependent signaling in inflammation and immunity.Complex immune networks are reported to contribute to the progression of hepatitis B virus infection.This present study is therefore to investigate the expression of A20 mRNA in the progression of chronic hepatitis B virus infection.

目的 建立大鼠肝血窦内皮细胞(HSEC)的原代分离培养方法，并研究其生物学特性.方法 大鼠肝血窦内皮细胞的分离采用的是原位灌注胶原酶结合Percoll密度离心外加选择性贴壁的方法.在实验研究中本文通过光镜、扫描电镜来观察其形态以及超微结构；用CD31、CD34、CD14、CD45免疫细胞化学染色来鉴定HSEC.
