　　Many biological important processes are related to the conformation and assembly state of specific gene,involved proteins and enzymes.In this report,we summarize our recent research progress[1-10] in this field and focus on Alzheimers disease,telomere and telomerase.

抗肿瘤代谢新靶点磷酸甘油酸变位酶1的发现及化学生物学研究

肿瘤代谢是近十年来抗肿瘤研究的一个新兴领域，代谢异常是肿瘤的标志特征，寻找代谢异常中的关键靶点并开发药物是原创新药发现的一大热点.我们的前期研究发现，糖酵解通路中的关键酶磷酸甘油酸变位酶(PGAM1)在肿瘤细胞的生长增殖过程中发挥重要功能，能够同时促进肿瘤细胞能量代谢通路以及核酸和氨基酸合成通路的活性，是潜在的"一石二鸟"抗肿瘤靶点1.
