The performance of fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) regenerators significantly influences the efficient operation and energy consumption of FCC unit.Previous studies showed that the use of baffles in fluidized bed was an efficient method to improve the fluidization status.This work aims to investigate the micro and macro characteristics of gas-solid flow in turbulent fluidized bed with baffles by using CFD simulation to provide the theoretical basis for the process intensification of FCC regenerators.
