V2G (Vehicle to Grid,V2G) technology is becoming a research hotspot as the number electric vehicles increases and the smart grid work relevant starts.The scheduling strategy between the electric vehicles and Smart Grid is the key technology,and aiming at the randomness of electric vehicle access a vehicle charge/discharge scheduling policy optimized dynamically on an hourly interval is proposed.On this basis,an electricity prices response mathematical model for vehicles charge/discharge control is established which takes utility maximization of charging station as the goal and takes into account a variety of constraint conditions of grid side and vehicle side under time-of-day pricing.Finally,optimize the model using IPSO algorithm (improved particle swarm optimization,IPSO) and verify the feasibility of the proposed schedule by calculation example.
