W型真空泵在工业上有着广泛的应用,但噪声强烈。以W_5型为例,在极限真空度10(托)工况时,单机排气嗓声达102dB(A)。W型真空泵的气体压缩比不是定值,动态范围很大,这点大不同于空气压缩机;W型真空泵的排气静压,仅略高于大气压,这与一般热机的高压排气也不相同。因此在设计此型机的消声器时,必须充分注意它的气动特性。我们研制的XSW-1型消声器使W_5型真空泵在极限真空度工况时,由102dB(A)降低到76dB(A)消声量(插入损失)26dB(A)。消声器对真空泵运行无不良影响。
W-type vacuum pump has a wide range of industrial applications, but the noise is strong. To W_5 type, for example, in the ultimate vacuum 10 (care) conditions, the single exhaust sound up to 102dB (A). W-type vacuum pump gas compression ratio is not a fixed value, a large dynamic range, which is very different from the air compressor; W-type exhaust pump static pressure, only slightly higher than the atmospheric pressure, which with the general heat of the high-pressure exhaust nor the same. Therefore, in the design of this type of muffler, we must pay full attention to its aerodynamic characteristics. We developed the Model XSW-1 muffler to reduce the sound pressure loss (insertion loss) of 26dB (A) from 102dB (A) to 76dB (A) at the ultimate vacuum condition of the W_5 vacuum pump. Muffler on the vacuum pump without adverse effects.
