目的:观察He-Ne激光在治疗智齿冠周炎的镇痛效果和临床疗效。方法:选择下颌第3磨牙冠周炎患者75例,随机分为实验组和对照组。两组都先采用局部常规治疗,即用3%过氧化氢液反复冲洗盲袋,再用0.9%的生理盐水冲洗,隔湿、吹干后盲袋内直接导入碘甘油。实验组常规治疗后用He-Ne激光局部照射每日15min;对照组不再采取其他治疗。治疗后3、7d采用疼痛3度记分法记录消炎镇痛情况,
Objective: To observe the analgesic effect and clinical effect of He-Ne laser in the treatment of periapical periodontitis. Methods: Seventy-five patients with mandibular third molar periodontitis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.
