In this study, four kinds of potted apple varieties infected apple chlorotic leaf spot virus (ACLSV), apple stem pitting virus (ASPV), apple stem grooving virus (ASGV), apple mosaic virus (ApMV) and apple scar skin viroid (ASSVd) were used as original material.The effect of the size of shoot (1 ~2cm and 2 ~3cm) cut after constant thermotherapy (37 ± 1)℃ on graft survival rate and efficiency of virus elimination was compared, and the elimination rate of different variety and different virus was analyzed.The results showed that the size of shoot was significant to the graft survival rate and virus elimination rate.
