加拿大住院医师培训框架(CanMEDS)始建于二十世纪九十年代,较为全面地定义了医学教育和医疗实践所必需的各项能力.为适应深化医药卫生体制和临床医学人才培养改革的要求,中国正探索建立符合国情的中医临床人才培养模式.本文通过分析加拿大以胜任力培养为导向的住院医师培训体系,为探索中医临床人才教育和规范医疗实践提供参考与借鉴.
