As the trend of e-business models in consumption environment is more and more obvious,food industry developing e-commerce is a general trend.The cognition of e-commerce for food industry is only in the primary stage in China.The article analyzes the operation law of developing e-commerce for food indus try,puts emphases on the potential advantages and bottleneck problems,and discusses environmental re quirements and objective needs of developing e-commerce for food industry in China on the basis.Finally,in view of the existing situation,the article puts forward specific measures and suggestions to promote the development of e-commerce for food industry in China.
