锻件中的各种缺陷,严重地影响着锻件的质量。锻件质量是与原材料的质量、锻造工艺及热处理工艺有着密切的关系。现将我厂在生产中经常发生的缺陷和改进措施介绍如下。我们对1978年8月以来生产的628件大锻件进行了探伤和检验,其中有120件出现了各种缺陷,占探伤和检验件数的19%。其主要缺陷是:内部组织偏析、夹杂60件,占50%,白点10件,占8.3%;晶粒粗大31件,占26%;表面裂纹7件,占5.8%。其余有因折叠、内裂、龟裂、钢锭沿横
Forgings in a variety of defects, seriously affecting the quality of forgings. Forging quality and raw material quality, forging process and heat treatment process has a close relationship. Now I plant often occur in the production of defects and improvement measures are as follows. We conducted a total of 628 large forgings produced since August 1978 for flaw detection and inspection, of which 120 suffered various defects, accounting for 19% of the total number of flaws and inspections.
