The essay studies the content of iodine drug by the flow injection analysis of flow detection.The solution is driven by three-channel peristaltic pump.The circuit interface is designed and communicated with microcomputer.MDI3.0 application software of iodine analysis instrument is manufactured.Stop-stabilization time is 10s,stop-detection time is 20 seconds.We get the regression equation C=-0.0024Q2+0.0887Q-0.0011,the correlation coefficient is r=0.9985.
