In practice, some of us equal the performance assessment results of a department as the results of the managers, which cannot help us assessing the managers performance correctly.The author holds, as the front-line staff, the managers also have their own "products", which are "decisions." Therefore, based on analyzing the managers decision-making process, we can evaluate the quality of the managers "products".Finally, the author also gives some advice for making the decision-making quality evaluation more efficiency.
