我院在1977年对工程造价作过分析。分析中按五十、六十、七十年代和平原、丘陵、山岳三种地形分别作了统计。总的趋势是造价越来越高。造价增大的原因是多方面的,其中有设计方面的,有概算定额方面的,还有施工组织方面的,等等。八十年代比七十年代增加的幅度更大。现就七十年代和八十年代几条新线当时的设计概算指标列表如下以供分析对比。
Our hospital in 1977 made an analysis of project cost. In the analysis, the statistics of the three types of terrain, plain, hills and mountains, were respectively compiled in the 50th, 60th and 70th seasons. The general trend is that the cost is getting higher and higher. The reasons for the increase in cost are many, including the design aspects, the estimated quotas, the construction organization, and so on. The 1980s increased more than in the 1970s. At the moment, the design estimates for the new lines of several new lines in the 1970s and 1980s are tabulated below for comparative analysis.
