The electrocatalytic activity of the Ag2O/Carbon Fiber electrodes for the glucose oxidation in alkaline solution and the influences of the glucose concentration on the reaction were investigated using cyclic voltammetry (Fig.1).The Ag2O/Carbon fiber catalyst was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD),energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDAX),scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and electrochemical voltammetry analysis.
