<正>This article analyzes the teaching directions and characteristics of Chinese private colleges. Based on these, it discusses the teaching plan and teaching idea as related to the specialty of industrial engineering. The teaching plan includes cultivation objective, specific requirements, curriculum system, period allocation, practice arrangement, characteristics of the plan, and so on.
