利用数理模型分析、逻辑分析等研究方法,在福利经济学的视角下,从学校体育场馆的性质入手,分析学校体育场馆的开放机制以及对外开放的影响因素;利用公共产品定价分析策略,通过边际定价法分析学校体育场馆的运行成本,运用以需求导向为基础的时间差异定价、基于场馆地理位置的定价、基于锻炼者对象差异的定价方式来制定学校场馆的对外开放价格,从而合理利用场馆,增加锻炼者的使用效果。
