高学历残疾人就业与企业社会责任探析

高学历残疾人一般具有不错的专业知识修养、敬业的精神,因为他们及其家庭在他们取得高学历的过程中付出了超乎寻常的艰辛努力,但是他们却往往是人力资源开发与管理中被忽视的成分。高学历残疾人就业的效率与质量的高低不仅关乎整个社会经济、政治和文化的发展,而且直接影响着残疾人高等教育事业的正常发展和和谐社会的构建,同时也与他们及其家庭切身利益紧密联系。企业作为用工主体有相应社会责任与社会义务在政府的指导下建立配套帮扶措施,善待高学历残疾人,积极吸纳他们就业。 Highly educated persons with disabilities generally have a good sense of professionalism and dedication because they and their families have made extraordinary and painstaking efforts in achieving their high academic qualifications, but they are often found in human resources development and management Neglected ingredients.
