In PEMFC,being less than fully hydration will lead to the decrease in the proton conductivity of the membrane,so hydrogen and oxygen was humidified to maintain the wettability of the membrane to attain high performance[1].But humidifiers will make the weigh and volume higher which results in the necessity to research self-humidifying PEMFC.
