OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects and molecular mechanisms of Baicalin, a natural flavonoid compound derived from Scutellariabaicalensis Georgi, in the triple-negative human breast cancer cell line MDA-MB-231.METHODS Cells (1.0x105 mL-1) were seeded in 96-well plates, 6-well plates or 25 cm2 flasks.After overnight incubation, various concentrations of Baicalin were added to cells for another 48 h.Cell viability was measured using XTT Assay.
