Effects of Zr4+ incorporated into Y and Mn-codoped Ba0.95Ca0.05Ti1-yZry(abbreviated hereinafter as BCTZ)dielectric ceramics fabricated by conventional solid-state reaction method on the electrical and dielectric properties were investigated.The results revealed that the incorporation of Zr4+ greatly influenced the unit cell volume,the Curie temperature,the temperature coefficient of capacitance(TCC)performance and insulation resistance.
