为了满足高速铁路工程勘测设计、工程施工、运营维护各阶段对测量成果的需求,为高速铁路平面控制测量提供稳定、可靠的基准,高速铁路工程测量规范规定:在平面控制网测量工作开展前,应首先采用GPS测量方法建立高精度的框架网CPO。高速铁路建立框架控制网CPO,其外业观测、内业数据处理及处理软件等都有严格的要求。重点对应用Bernese软件采用不同基线选择方式、不同观测值组合、不同模糊度确定方法进行长基线解算,对其解算结果精度进行分析,并给出结论。
