本文根据0Cr18Ni10Ti废热锅炉管服役环境,通过成分分析、金相检验、扫描电镜观察、X射线能谱分析、力学性能测试等方法对废热锅炉换热管爆裂进行失效分析,研究了锅炉管爆裂原因。结果表明:换热管爆管属于有氯离子参与的连多硫酸应力腐蚀开裂,来源是换热管未按标准要求进行固溶处理,导致换热管具有较高残余应力,应力主要为环向张应力。
According to the service environment of 0Cr18Ni10Ti waste heat boiler tubes, the failure analysis of the heat exchanger tubes of the waste heat boiler was conducted by means of composition analysis, metallographic examination, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray energy spectrum analysis and mechanical property test. The results show that the tube explosion of the heat exchanger tube belongs to the stress corrosion cracking of polythionate with the participation of chloride ions.
