家兔全血用8％MgCl_2溶液9:1抗凝,体外常规实验测定了MgCl_2抗凝血的可逆性、凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、血小板聚集时间(PAgT),结果表明:(1)8％MgCl_2溶液不可逆地抑制内源性和外源性凝血系统的因子活性;(2)显著抑制血小板的粘附、聚集功能;(3)MgCl_2对凝血过程中的终末相无显著影响。
The whole blood of rabbits was anticoagulated with 9: 1 8% MgCl 2 solution. The reversibility of anticoagulant activity of MgCl 2, PT, TT, PAgT, The results showed that: (1) 8% MgCl 2 solution irreversibly inhibited factor activity of endogenous and exogenous coagulation system; (2) significantly inhibited platelet adhesion and aggregation; (3) Phase no significant effect.
