热轧无缝钢管生产中,管坯定心技术和装备在改善毛管壁厚均匀性、提高金属收得率、提高钢管内外表面质量方面发挥了重要的作用。阐述了热轧无缝钢管生产中管坯定心的几种主要方式并着重介绍了包钢159热轧无缝钢管生产线工程中的液压夹钳式热定心机的结构和特点。
In the production of hot rolled seamless steel pipe, tube centering technology and equipment plays an important role in improving the uniformity of capillary wall thickness, increasing the metal yield, and improving the quality of the inner and outer surfaces of the steel pipe. The main ways of centering the tube during the production of hot rolled seamless steel pipe are described. The structure and characteristics of the hydraulic clamp - type heat centering machine in the production line of 159 hot rolled seamless steel pipe of Baotou Steel are emphatically introduced.
