　　The design of a high performance,160GHz passive tripler is reported.Utilizing four Schottky barrier diodes,the frequency tripler is fabricated with 50um suspended quartz.According to the simulation results,the tripler could deliver 6mW output power with 10%peak efficiency.The 3dB bandwidth is more than 12%.
