山楂和小麦按一定比例复合经营,可达到生态和经济效益俱佳。研究总结出山植株距2m,行距4m,间种小麦和大豆以果为主;山楂行距8m,间种小麦和大豆以农为主的两种生产模式。园地气温可降低1~3℃,相对湿度提高5%~9%;风速降低4.4~8.7m·s-1;降低地温,减少蒸发量,提高土壤含水量5.38%,果树产量提高39.9%,粮食产量提高17.5%。
