目的:探讨脂肪间充质干细胞移(AD-MSCs)植联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗急性心肌梗死的疗效及机制。方法:分离F-luc/GFP转基因小鼠的AD-MSCs,建立小鼠心肌梗死模型,于梗死区周边注射AD-MSCs。BLI连续示踪3周。心脏超声检测左室收缩功能。TUNEL染色判断心肌细胞凋亡,Masson染色判断心肌纤维化情况,Western blotting法检测Akt、ERK及其磷酸化
Objective: To investigate the efficacy and mechanism of adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cell transplantation (AD-MSCs) combined with rosuvastatin in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction. METHODS: AD-MSCs from F-luc / GFP transgenic mice were isolated and used to establish a mouse model of myocardial infarction. AD-MSCs were injected around the infarct area. BLI tracer for 3 weeks. Echocardiography was used to detect left ventricular systolic function. Cardiomyocyte apoptosis was assessed by TUNEL staining, myocardial fibrosis was assessed by Masson staining, Akt, ERK and phosphorylation were detected by Western blotting
