Objective:To evaluate R.E.N.A.L.nephrometry score for retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy.Methods:From January 2007 to June 2011,29 cases of Tla stage renal tumor were reviewed for the clinical data.Each case was assessed with R.E.N.A.L.nephrometry score by the same investigator,and suggestions of improvement were advanced to R.E.N.A.L.nephrometry score.
