  Enamel demineralization is a common clinical problem.Recently,casein phosphopeptide-amorphous calcium phosphate(CPP-ACP)as a no side effects and effective enamel remineralization method has received extensive attention.Simultaneously,according to the theory of biomineralization,organic matrix can regulate biomineralization,promotes the nucleation and growth of crystals.In this study,a functional peptide(serine-serine-serine-glutamate-glutamate-glutamate-glutamate-glutamate-glutamate-glutamateglutamate)was synthesised to enhance the remineralization effect of CPP-ACP.
