Objective To establish a simple and practical (SP) scoring system to predict the prognosis of hepatitis B related acute-on-chronic liver failure(HBV-ACLF) and study the predictive value of the model for end-stage liver disease (MELD) scoring system in patients with HBV-ACLF.Methods A total of 191 patients with HBV-ACLF were recruited between January 1,2010 and December 31,2011 and followed up for 3 months, 105 patients died and 89 patient survived.
