  This paper presents an analysis of low and moderate temperature(150-450℃)waste heat organic Rankine cycle,based on ideal Rankine cycle thermodynamic model,using water,benzene,R11,R113,R123,isopentane,R245ca,R245fa,isobutane,R12,ammonia and alternative refrigerant such as R134a,R410a,R407c,R500,azeotropic mixtures of R32 and R142b as working fluids at constant pressure.A performance comparison of R11 and R113 has been investigated.The outcomes indicate that R11,R113 and R123 are suitable for the low and moderate waste heat rankine cycle.However,thermodynamics efficiency of R11 and R113 has an intersection which follow the relationship: T=353.36-57.86P.
