Nanotechnology is the understanding and control of matter at dimensions of roughly 1 to 100 nanometers, where unique phenomena enable novel applications.Nanotechnology impacts many industries-like Electronics,Materials, Health/Biotech, Chemical, Environmental, Energy,Aerospace, Automotive, Security, Forest products, Insruumen tation etc.The objectives for Nanotechnology R&D are twofold -one is to make better products: smaller, cheaper, faster and more effective, the other is to introduce completely new physical phenomena to science and technology.
