焊接机器人是一种有代表性的机电一体化电工产品,自从示教再现式机器人问世以来,首先在焊接领域获得应用成功。据统计,焊接机器人约占世界工业机器人的一半。该文阐述了焊接机器人国内外开发、应用情况,简单介绍了弧焊机器人系统构成、性能特点,最后分析了焊接机器人在我国的应用前景。
Welding Robot is a representative mechatronic electrical products, since the advent of teaching Remanufactured robot, the first success in the field of welding applications. According to statistics, welding robots account for about half of the world’s industrial robots. This paper describes the development and application of welding robot at home and abroad, briefly introduces the structure and performance characteristics of the welding robot, and finally analyzes the application prospect of welding robot in our country.
