Focused on patients with primary osteoporosis in postmenopausal women and the elderly, and the worlds population aging, the number of primary osteoporosis disease is more and more intensified, it has developed into a worldwide, the incidence become one of the diseases of common frequently-occurring disease.According to incomplete statistics, the world nearly 200 million people of osteoporosis.For the treatment of osteoporosis is not only a matter of science but also social problems.In this paper, the direction of the osteoporosis drug therapy and drug choice be explored, for osteoporosis treatment scheme, according to the specific issues to implement a specific treatment.
