Paclitaxel (PTX) has significant anti-tumor activity in patients with ovarian, breast, head, and neck cancer, and non-small-cell lung carcinomas as well as sarcomas. This study is to analyze the pharmacokinetics of paclitaxel nanometer preparation following intravenous injection in mice. The Chromatographic condition was as follows: The C18 column was used, the detection was carried out at 227nm with UV detector, the solid phase extraction (SPE) was used to extract the samples, the mobile phase consisted of phosphoric acid: acetonitrile (50∶50 Ⅴ/Ⅴ) delivered at a flow rate of lmL·min-1.The samples collection was as follows: Paelitaxel nanometer preparation was administered to mice at the dose of 9.0 mg/kg by intravenous injection.
