对低氧型偶氮类荧光探针的细胞成像和肿瘤检测研究

  肿瘤组织缺氧,这与癌症息息相关[1]。在低氧状态下的肿瘤中,生物还原性酶会过度表达(例如:偶氮还原酶,硝基还原酶,醌类酶)。基于此,我们利用类似喜树碱结构的抗癌药物作为荧光团,设计并合成了一个偶氮类低氧型的荧光探针[2]。
