研究背景：系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是一种慢性自身免疫性疾病，主要临床表现为血清中含有高水平的自身抗体和多脏器损伤，包括肾脏和肝脏。目前有大量临床统计表明SLE病人在疾病活动期大约有25％-60％的可能性表现为肝功能异常，但发病机制尚不明确。
