The Noether symmetry and conserved quantity and Noether inverse theorem of nonholonimic systems with fractional derivatives are discussed in this paper.The definition of Riemann-Liouville fractional derivatives and some of their properties are first listed.The definition of Noether quasi-symmetry for nonholonomic systems with fractional derivatives is given.
