UFLC System is Shimadzu Companys product for ultra fast analysis.This system can be got conveniently by upgrading shimadzus regular System of LC-20A.In the Consideration of time saving and hardware duration, we selected 2.2um as Columns particle size.Under that condition, the analysis speed can be increase by more than a factor of 4.In this experiment, Vitamin B and C has been selected as compound to compare UFLC system and regular system.Vitamin B and C are important substance for human being.Using regular system, the run time is 16 min, Now, it can be finished in 3.5 min.
