  All kind of food has been espoused with a lot of heavy metals.Arsenic is among the heavy metals which is cause skin cancer,lung cancer and hepatic carcinoma to a human.The safety of sea foods has always been a doubt,because sea water has arsenic as about 2 ug/L.So,this study was investigated both total arsenic and arsenic speciation in shellfish (ark shell,oyster,comb pen shell,abalone,mussel,turbon shell,shortnek clam; 7 species)on Korea major cities for scientific study.Each species estimated 20 samples or more; total 166 samples were identified.Analysis of total arsenic was investigated with an ICP-MS,and it was estimated at least three times.
