目的：观察地奥心血康对１８６例心血管疾病伴心室晚电位（ＶＬＰ）阳性３８例的疗效。方法：３８例病人（男性２７例，女性１１例；年龄６４±ｓ１２ａ）给予地奥心血康２００ｍｇ，ｐｏ，ｔｉｄ×２０ｄ。结果：服药后ＶＬＰ转阴率为７６％（２９／３８），（Ｐ＜０．０５）；对其中伴室性早搏消失率为６７％（１２／１８）。结论：地奥心血康有改善心肌供血和心室内传导的作用，从而有使ＶＬＰ转阴的功能。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of DIAO Xueshikang on 186 cases of cardiovascular disease with ventricular late potential (VLP) positive in 38 cases. Methods: Thirty-eight patients (27 males and 11 females; age 64 ± s12a) were given Diosgenin 2000mg, po, tid × 20d. Results: After treatment, VLP negative rate was 76% (29/38) (P <0.05), while the rate of disappearance of ventricular premature beats was 67% (12/18). CONCLUSION: DIA has the function of improving myocardial blood supply and ventricular conduction, thus leading to negative VLP.
